Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a technical customer support role or similar. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for addressing customer questions and concerns effectively. Experience working with various web and mobile apps, a resourceful and resilient approach to problem-solving, the ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on product features, curiosity to tackle new challenges, and the ability to understand customer perspectives with empathy and efficiency are also required. Experience in a SaaS company's Support function, supporting US Payroll software, or working in the restaurant industry, along with fluency in Spanish or French, would be advantageous.
The Customer Support Representative will act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, and phone, troubleshooting and problem-solving concerns. They will educate customers on product usage, develop training materials and videos, and identify new ways customers can benefit from the product. This role involves tracking requests and issues, reporting software bugs, and collaborating with the Support team. The representative will also proactively educate customers and internal teams on product features and solutions.
