The Customer Support Engineer will partner closely with the CEO to provide exceptional customer support. They will manage and troubleshoot technical issues while prioritizing multiple customers simultaneously. The role involves identifying recurring patterns to provide feedback to the product and engineering teams for product improvement, as well as contributing to and strategizing on how written documentation can better support customers.
