Responsibilities

The Technical Customer Support role involves directly responding to requests from both new and experienced Runway users via email and chat, investigating and escalating problem reports, and contributing to the creation of Zendesk automations and the improvement of the Help Center. The role also offers opportunities to learn about the product, users, and Runway’s operations, allowing individuals to pursue various projects based on their interests and growth aspirations.
