Responsibilities

The Sales Enablement Engineer will automate and optimize the sales process for onboarding homes to the Wander platform. They will maintain and enhance the Hubspot CRM system, integrate and manage RingCentral with existing systems, and implement AI sales tools such as clay.com and sybill.ai. The role involves developing custom integrations and AI automations using TypeScript or Python, creating and maintaining utilities for the sales team, and designing data dashboards for sales performance tracking. Collaboration with sales and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions is key, as well as continuously evaluating and adopting new technologies to enhance sales enablement efforts.
