Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within healthcare SaaS or medtech. A proven ability to manage enterprise healthcare accounts, build relationships with executives, and deliver measurable outcomes is essential. Experience driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion in a startup or scale-up environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and creative problem-solving approach, and comfort working cross-functionally with international teams in a dynamic environment are also required. Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms, strong organization, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset are necessary. Bonus points for experience working directly with hospitals, knowledge of US healthcare workflows and operations, experience scaling SaaS in large organizations, and a strong professional network in the US hospital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary partner for customers post-signature, ensuring seamless onboarding, strong adoption, and measurable value from Incision's solutions. They will build and nurture long-term relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities include proactively monitoring account health, usage, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities, and collaborating with Product, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and share customer insights. The role involves facilitating business reviews and strategy sessions to highlight ROI and explore growth opportunities, and representing Incision at customer meetings and industry events.
