Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills (excellent verbal and written), capable of building rapport and trust with stakeholders from C-level executives to end-users
  • Proficiency in handling renewals, upsells, and contract negotiations to meet and exceed growth targets (quota proficiency)
  • Technical aptitude to break down technical concepts into easy-to-understand explanations
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding account growth targets and customer satisfaction KPIs (goal-oriented)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and passion for providing outstanding customer experiences (interpersonal skills)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and manage competing priorities (adaptability)
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, SaaS, and startups
  • Key traits: Coachable, resilient, solution-oriented, creative, positive attitude
  • Based in Sydney with 3 days a week in office (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with key contacts and driving positive outcomes
  • Drive growth and minimize churn by maximizing account growth opportunities, mitigating risks, handling upsells and renewals, while maintaining a quarterly quota
  • Articulate Aircall’s value proposition clearly and effectively, ensuring customers understand and leverage the product fully
  • Increase customer satisfaction and collect product feedback to drive continual improvement
  • Contribute ideas to enhance processes, practices, and tools for an outstanding customer experience
