Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, account/relationship Management, or a similar role at a SaaS company, with experience working with developer tools or technical products. Experience collaborating with internal Sales and/or support teams to understand client needs and communicate product feedback is required, as well as experience building and maintaining relationships while mitigating churn and driving adoption and renewals. Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with customers to drive Timescale adoption and retention by engaging customers and advocating on their behalf, demonstrating ongoing value customized for customers’ needs, and uncovering new ways to help them do amazing things with technology. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, driving ongoing adoption, ensuring long-term success and expansion, acting as the “face” of Timescale to our customers, and working with accounts of all sizes to motivate customers to act as Timescale advocates. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support trial customers, conversions, and expansion opportunities, and work with internal Sales and/or Support teams to understand client needs and effectively communicate product feedback.
