Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management for a SaaS company. Strong proficiency in hosting virtual webinars and workshops is required, along with knowledge of account management metrics such as churn, retention, and NPS. A BSc. or Masters in the Life Sciences is a plus, as are excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will proactively reach out to clients and decision-makers to establish trust and partnership. They will onboard new users to the platform, demonstrate features, and uncover client needs while delivering value to drive engagement and renewal of subscriptions. Understanding user satisfaction and tracking NPS scores will be essential to prevent churn and address requests. The role involves cultivating customer advocates, developing case studies, and liaising with various teams to ensure customer needs are met, as well as seeking opportunities to enhance the customer success playbook.
