Position Overview

Keeper is seeking driven Customer Success Managers to join a high-producing team within our B2B sales division. This is a 100% remote position for candidates residing in Ireland. You will work with an established client base, growing revenue through these accounts using Keeper's industry-leading solutions. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to expand and develop client relationships within one of the fastest-growing Cybersecurity companies, gaining valuable skills.

About the Job / About the Team

Join an elite group of proven performers and successful Customer Success professionals. Our team consists of seasoned technologists with experience selling into SME and Enterprise level accounts. We are passionate about helping companies maximize their technology investments and are skilled at identifying new business and expansion opportunities within named accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to deliver consistent value across their entire lifecycle.
  • Grow revenue through assigned accounts by negotiating contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Establish business and technical goals and potential with clients through technical discussions and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain a structured cadence with named customer accounts, building relationships, presenting Keeper solutions, troubleshooting challenges, managing issues with the broader Keeper team, and closing deals.
  • Advise customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business against password-related breaches.
  • Consistently demonstrate knowledge of Customer Success best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Operate as a Customer Success and Cyber Security advisor to your customers.
  • Understand and navigate account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts.
  • Resolve customer issues, both independently and through collaboration with other Keeper Security teams, approaching all situations with curiosity and creativity. This may involve troubleshooting and require deep technical knowledge of our solutions and the Password management space.
  • Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure clients are up-to-speed on their areas of focus.
