Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in customer success, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive revenue growth. Experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices are also beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers, delivering consistent value across the entire customer lifecycle. This includes conducting quarterly business reviews, identifying new opportunities for growth, advising customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business, and resolving customer issues. You will also work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive adoption of Keeper's solutions, negotiating contract renewals, cross-sells and upsells, and presenting Keeper solutions to senior management.
