Security Account Executive (MDR)

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and managed services. Experience with MDR and threat hunting is highly desirable, as is the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, fostering a trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders and executive sponsors. They will drive the adoption of Managed Services, leveraging deep knowledge of MSSP/MDR operations, XDR, SOAR, and incident response to guide customers. The role involves managing escalations, service reviews, and response coordination, as well as owning and leading projects in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer success and expansion of the Unit 42 security footprint.
