Responsibilities

As a Deel IT Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, growing, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of Deel IT customers. Your focus will be on improving retention and contributing to overall company revenue targets.

  • Develop and Nurture Relationships: Build and strengthen client relationships with your book of business, with a long-term perspective.
  • Onboard and Grow Customers: Successfully onboard Deel IT customers and partner with them for long-term growth.
  • Guide and Coach: Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customers are set up for success from day one.
  • Act as a Trusted Partner: Become a trusted advisor to your accounts, delivering white-glove service and truly understanding their present and future business needs.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within Deel IT to drive improvements and deliver excellence, proactively managing projects.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to expand and grow our offering within client accounts.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn Deel's wider product offerings thoroughly to support accounts in their Deel IT journey, with assistance from Customer Service and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Customer Success Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a customer/client success role, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • B2B SaaS Product Management: Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product and the ability to quickly become a product expert.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A creative approach to problem-solving and the drive to tackle challenges with available tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and presentation skills.

Bonus Experience

  • Previous experience in MDM (Mobile Device Management), End Point Security, or SaaS for IT teams.
