The Customer Success Manager will onboard and grow Deel IT customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction while focusing on retention and revenue targets. They will develop and nurture client relationships, provide tailored support and training, act as a trusted partner to accounts, advocate for customer needs, identify expansion opportunities, and learn Deel's product offerings to support clients effectively.
