Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, demonstrating a strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for strategically managing customer accounts, driving product adoption and expansion, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This includes proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, developing and implementing customer success plans, conducting regular business reviews, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The CSM will also collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of Pano AI’s customer base.
