As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue within assigned accounts by providing strategic guidance and support to clients, negotiating contract renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will proactively manage customer relationships, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, troubleshoot challenges, and advise customers on best practices for securing their businesses. Additionally, you will present Keeper solutions, manage issues with the broader Keeper team, and work with clients to establish business and technical goals.
