Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS, software, or related tech industries. Experience in ecommerce or martech is highly preferred, along with demonstrated coaching, mentoring, and technical problem-solving abilities. A strong process orientation and experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment are also preferred.
The Customer Onboarding Specialist will guide large customers through the Postscript setup process, communicating best practices, optimizing campaigns and automations, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a strong return within the first 60 days. This role involves running one-on-one onboarding sessions, designing creative onboarding strategies, meeting onboarding health targets, strategizing with customers on marketing, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with sales and product teams to improve the customer journey. The specialist will also develop deep expertise in the product, services, and the marketing technology domain.
