Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably within the eCommerce or ad tech industries. They should be comfortable utilizing project management tools, CRM systems like Hubspot, and data analytics tools.
The Customer Success Manager will provide setup support for new customers, coordinate internal stakeholders for a seamless onboarding experience, manage general support tickets, gather product feedback, proactively identify and address at-risk customers, investigate account health issues, track bug reports alongside the engineering team, and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Media Strategy teams to ensure a positive customer experience and drive customer value.
