Requirements

Candidates should have a strong track record in customer success or account management roles, preferably at a high-growth startup, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience owning a large book of business and consistently exceeding retention quotas is required, along with excellent communication skills, particularly with technical products and presenting to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with the subscriber economy and viewership data is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will own the customer experience, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth by acting as a trusted advisor and advocating for customer needs. They will drive new use cases and value propositions by aligning customer business objectives with Antenna's data and products. Responsibilities include collaborating with the commercial team to expand relationships, tracking customer health metrics, onboarding and supporting customers, and serving as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to the product team. They will also contribute to the customer success playbook and share insights to drive best practices.
