Strong relationship-building skills, a hunter mentality, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada.
The Customer Success Manager will own the onboarding journey for new accounting firm partners, ensuring smooth adoption for both firms and their clients. They will build and maintain strong relationships with firm leaders to drive client expansion on Plooto, acting as a trusted advisor to educate partners on best practices and help them unlock full value. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts to increase client onboarding, product usage, payment volume, and overall engagement, while also carrying and delivering against a new subscriber target. The role involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to provide customer feedback and improve the customer experience.
