Customer Success Manager

Candidates must be fluent in English and possess 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, project management, pre-sales or post-sale services, working with Fortune 1000 companies and their executives. Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota is required, along with a book of Enterprise customer accounts (4000+ Employees).
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the 'voice of the customer' providing internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention, scheduling and preparing Success Business Reviews, understanding customer digital adoption goals, recommending technology solutions, educating customers on product features, establishing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring customer health, and partnering with the Account team to ensure renewals and expansion.
