Requirements

Candidates should possess at least four years of experience as a full lifecycle Customer Success Manager, holding a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience. They must have experience with technologies such as Sharepoint, Excel, GSuite, Figma, Hubspot, Zendesk, and Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), and demonstrate proficient interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain authentic business relationships at the executive level.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales activities including customer onboarding, consultative program management, and commercial activities, acting as a trusted advisor to customers by delivering best practices and value reviews. They will proactively engage customers, ensuring they are trained and successfully using Scope AR’s products, regularly analyzing customer feedback and data to deliver solutions and advocate for customers, leading internal teams and projects to address their needs. Additionally, the CSM will monitor customer health, identify risks, develop success milestones, and deliver customer recommendations through stakeholder contact and recurring meetings, prioritizing timely resolution of customer inquiries and potentially traveling to meet with customers quarterly.
