The Account Director, Corporate will own and grow a book of business, maximizing client retention and identifying revenue opportunities. They will drive adoption across business units, partner with Account Executives to expand usage and prevent churn, and forecast retention while identifying at-risk accounts early. The role involves deeply understanding client organizations to tailor engagement and messaging, and building strategic relationships with users and stakeholders to position AlphaSense as a trusted partner.
