Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will manage all aspects of the customer success cycle, including onboarding, launch, and strategic account management for key accounts. They will ensure customer adoption and health, develop success plans to achieve customer goals, and build long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data to make recommendations, becoming an expert on the Thanx platform to provide technical and business solutions, and collaborating with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver quality outcomes. The role involves project management and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
