  • Implement strong process discipline across renewal tracking, adoption, and risk identification
  • Represent SMB Success in forecast planning and broader GTM leadership discussions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to align customer lifecycle, renewal, and expansion motions
