Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of progressive experience in IT, strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure including hardware, software, and networking, and proficiency with Apple MacBooks and macOS. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Intercom, Salesforce, MDM, SSO, and VPN is required. Experience with the employee life cycle for onboarding and offboarding, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.

Responsibilities
