Candidates should possess an Associate's degree in a related field or a vet tech degree, or equivalent experience, with at least one year of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include point-of-care diagnostic experience, previous veterinary software/connectivity support experience, excellent telephone manner, and experience with CRM, ERP, and contact center telephone systems. Bilingual abilities in French, Spanish, or Portuguese are considered a plus. The role requires basic math skills, the ability to apply common sense understanding, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, veterinary PMS systems, and basic IT support.
The Diagnostics Technical Support Representative will assist end-users, field representatives, and distribution partners with the operation, application, configuration, connectivity, integration, and problem resolution of animal health diagnostic products. This includes answering a high volume of technical support requests, providing prompt and accurate assistance, troubleshooting problems for veterinary clinics, research labs, and academic settings, and answering questions regarding product performance and applications. The representative will also work with various departments, handle and escalate issues, initiate product returns and orders, and apply company policies and procedures. Special projects and assignments may also be part of the role.
