The Customer Marketing Specialist will design and execute customer-focused campaigns to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through various channels like email nurtures, in-app messaging, webinars, and tutorials. This role involves partnering with Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, and Product Marketing teams to identify engagement opportunities and mitigate churn. Responsibilities also include analyzing usage data to inform campaign strategies, collaborating with Product and Content Marketing to develop customer resources, and supporting customer advocacy initiatives to showcase success stories.
