Candidates should have 3-5 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, with experience in Marketing Automation Platforms like Marketo or HubSpot. Experience with Martech platforms integrated with MAPs, such as Drift or Chili Piper, and a 4-year degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field are required. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are essential.
The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of omni-channel marketing campaigns using the Martech stack. This includes building, deploying, and reporting on campaigns in Marketo or equivalent systems, managing marketing campaign operations across email, web forms, and nurture programs, and assisting in project management for product marketing campaigns. The role also involves backing up Marketing Operations, developing best practices for the Martech stack, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new campaign or persona opportunities.
