The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in lifecycle or email marketing roles. A strong track record in running email programs for both new pipeline generation and post-sale lifecycle marketing is required, along with familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing workflows. Experience in increasing email engagement, accelerating funnel performance, and boosting retention is essential, as is CRO experience across email and landing page testing, optimization, and analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, are also necessary.
This role is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of email and lifecycle campaigns to generate pipeline from enterprise and mid-market prospects and expand value from existing customers. Key duties include owning outbound and nurture email programs for prospects, building segmented and AI-personalized nurture tracks, and developing re-engagement campaigns. The position also involves designing and optimizing onboarding, retention, and expansion campaigns for customers, partnering with Customer Success and Product Marketing for targeted communications, and using AI tools to accelerate content production, personalization, campaign timing, and predictive engagement modeling. The role requires continuous testing and refinement of campaigns using AI-driven insights and performance data, and tracking campaign influence on pipeline creation and sales velocity.
