The Customer Implementation Manager will oversee the execution of new site launch projects, ensuring successful planning and deployment in new markets and site expansions. This role involves managing multiple projects, communicating with internal and external cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and analyzing existing processes for improvements to reduce customer time-to-value. Responsibilities also include developing launch process playbooks, identifying and mitigating project risks, leading meetings, and owning post-mortem reporting for continuous improvement.
