Requirements

Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist will manage and resolve client tickets within service level agreements, perform system configurations according to specifications, and support integration and data setup. They will also coordinate Annual Enrollment Benefits Review tasks, conduct peer quality assurance reviews and pre-launch testing, and provide technical guidance to project teams. The role involves maintaining documentation, contributing to the knowledge base, and supporting process improvements and standardization to ensure seamless client onboarding and operational excellence.
