About the Role

We are seeking an Integration Manager to spearhead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products. This hands-on role involves managing end-to-end integrations, translating technical requirements into effective solutions, and ensuring successful client deployments. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, tackling complex challenges with practical, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and integration of fraud and compliance products.
  • Provide end-to-end client support during the onboarding process to ensure client success.
  • Own public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documentation.
  • Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives.
  • Design solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of Sardine's system and product capabilities.
  • Manage implementation projects, focusing on quality, timelines, risk mitigation, and deliverable achievement.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide tailored solutions using Sardine's technology.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in roles such as Integration Manager, Integrations Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Systems Analyst, working with multiple technical teams (internal and external).
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience within the payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
  • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
  • Familiarity with API specifications (e.g., OpenAPI), web development, and scripting for internal tool development (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: Base pay range of $170,000 - $190,000 USD, plus Series-C Equity with significant upside potential.
  • Note: The final compensation will be determined by factors such as candidate location, qualifications, work history, and interview performance.
