Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, with experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external. They should have 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in the payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domain, and demonstrate proficiency in basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis. Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman) is also required.

Responsibilities

The Integration Manager will lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products, managing end-to-end integrations and ensuring a smooth, successful deployment. They will translate technical requirements into solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to provide end-to-end support. This role involves owning public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents, analyzing client requirements, designing solutions, managing implementation projects, and providing product feedback to internal stakeholders. The Integration Manager will also build a deep understanding of customers' business problems and success criteria, and contribute to practical, scalable solutions utilizing Sardine’s technology.
