Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is required, and experience in industry, sales, channel, or project management is considered a plus. Essential skills include a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, product/service/solution lifecycles, knowledge management, and familiarity with partner management. Excellent written and oral communication, analytical, interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage virtual teams and interface effectively with multiple management levels.
The Customer Engagement Advisor will design, deploy, and manage the total customer experience for assigned segments, products, or solutions by applying customer experience and loyalty research. This role involves leading customer experience design through strategic application of methodologies, conducting user groups, and identifying usability across customer lifecycle touchpoints. Responsibilities include leading strategic alignment of organizations and resources to deliver designed customer experiences, representing the voice of the customer in direct interactions, and designing, delivering, and managing experiences within Customer Experience Centers. The advisor will also design and manage customized customer experiences and briefings in executive briefing centers, partner to identify presentation leaders for strategic briefings, manage briefings focused on strategic accounts and large deals, provide active management during briefings, and deliver post-briefing analysis and feedback. Additionally, the role involves providing direction and guidance for process improvements, establishing policies within the Executive Briefing Center, and mentoring peers.
