The Senior People Experience Strategist will design and deliver programs to enhance culture and employee engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes leading employee lifecycle surveys, owning the recognition strategy and platform, designing and driving charitable giving programs, translating data into actionable recommendations, ensuring smooth platform operations, and collaborating cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to connect programs to culture and business goals.
