Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in the direct-to-consumer space with strong knowledge of SMS, copywriting, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce and e-commerce marketing
  • Passion for helping customers understand and execute ecommerce SMS strategy
  • Experience in a customer-facing role managing operator relationships and liaising with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in streamlining workflows and managing complex processes
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, metrics-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SMS strategies for select customers
  • Write compelling, innovative content for customers in the form of SMS campaigns, automations, and call-to-actions
  • Provide excellent advisory relationships with customers, executing best practices and strategizing on new marketing strategies
  • Actively track, analyze, and iterate on customers' results to ensure they scale quickly and effectively on the Postscript platform
  • Establish marketing best practices to ensure brands are on the leading front of SMS marketing
  • Continuously expand expert-level knowledge of customers' marketing, technology, and general business needs
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge in the product, services, and ecommerce marketing domain
  • Provide industry and product expertise to customers, serving as a go-to consultant for internal and external stakeholders
  • Streamline workflows and manage complex processes to ensure timely delivery of SMS marketing campaigns
