Requirements

  • Proficiency in processing customer orders (standard sales orders, consignment replenishment/release, reconciliation, and billing) in ERP order-to-cash model
  • Knowledge of financial management, including resolving past due invoices, accounts receivable, and credit holds
  • Capability to prepare and analyze customer-specific reports in compliance with company rules and laws
  • Experience in continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Sales Representatives, and management
  • Autonomy in decision-making within defined standards, policies, and procedures
  • Professionalism in maintaining customer relationships and providing coverage during absences

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for escalated issues from key accounts
  • Route and process incoming calls on ACD line and monitor group mailbox distribution
  • Escalate critical availability issues to relevant teams and managers
  • Proactively monitor supply and demand to ensure availability for production and distribution
  • Liaise with Supply Planning or propose alternative arrangements with customers on materials and delivery dates
  • Process all assigned/shared customer orders efficiently
  • Collaborate with key accounts and credit department to resolve financial issues
  • Ensure timely release and accuracy of invoices, debit, and credit notes
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes related to key accounts
  • Participate in achieving organizational and departmental goals, including KPI metrics
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in key account management
  • Provide account coverage and backup during absences
