Responsibilities

Assist in leading the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities
Train on the day to day function of the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution to include processing where required
Ensure and process timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries
Feedback to Managers with process / system improvements and assist in implementation
Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables
Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows alongside Managers within the team and main stakeholders
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Maintains a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance
