Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading the O2C team, providing guidance, performance management, and development opportunities
  • Train on the day-to-day function of the full O2C process, including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries
  • Provide feedback to Managers on process/system improvements and assist in implementation
  • Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to revenue and receivables
  • Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows alongside Managers and main stakeholders
  • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk avoidance
