Requirements

  • Experience and familiarity with medical economics and quality
  • Comfortable speaking with internal stakeholders about their goals and objectives and translating those into concrete deliverables
  • Experience analyzing claims data
  • Experience with project planning and timeline management on complex analytic projects
  • Ability to query and manipulate relational databases with SQL or SAS
  • Experience with a business intelligence dashboarding tool such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Agerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Develop data models to support Arcadia's products and analytics
  • Deliver customer facing dashboards utilizing Amazon’s QuickSight product
  • Work with Senior / Lead Analyst to build out product components using Snowflake, dbt, and SAS
  • Collaborate with talented colleagues – Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists – across teams
  • Maintain strong support for 1-2 core Arcadia analytical products
  • Handle scoping and roadmapping asks from Product Management
  • Manage multiple customer questions related to core analytical products
  • Analyze large data sets on Arcadia’s custom data model built by analysts for analysts
  • Create value add IP, including predictive models, and quickly distribute it to Arcadia customers
  • Support a variety of customers in the healthcare space – all focused on pulling healthcare tech into modernity
