Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Demonstrated experience in user training, instructional design, or curriculum development
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate user needs into actionable improvements
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using tools like PowerPoint, video editing software, or e-learning platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new CRM functionalities and tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain CRM best practices, standard operating procedures, and usage guidelines
  • Design and develop comprehensive CRM training sessions for sales users (and sales leaders as needed); collaborate with the Instructional Design team as applicable
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, including virtual live, on-demand videos, and self-paced learning modules
  • Establish a CRM onboarding program
  • Collaborate with the other members of the CRM team to assess training needs and training effectiveness and refine training accordingly
  • Analyze data from the user adoption software to identify trends, areas for improvement, and high-performing practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create targeted interventions or communications to address adoption challenges
  • Alongside the CRM Application Manager, regularly audit CRM usage and identify areas for improvement in user experience and adherence to best practices
