Responsibilities

Develop, document, and maintain CRM best practices, standard operating procedures, and usage guidelines
Design and develop comprehensive CRM training sessions for sales users (and sales leaders as needed); collaborate with the Instructional Design team as applicable
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats, including virtual live, on-demand videos, and self-paced learning modules
Establish a CRM onboarding program
Collaborate with the other members of the CRM team to assess training needs and training effectiveness and refine training accordingly
Analyze data from the user adoption software to identify trends, areas for improvement, and high-performing practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to create targeted interventions or communications to address adoption challenges
Alongside the CRM Application Manager, regularly audit CRM usage and identify areas for improvement in user experience and adherence to best practices
