Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing and at least 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience. A minimum of 1 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of industry and/or consulting experience. Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing or Lean is necessary, or attainment within the first 90 days of employment. Strong industry experience within Production control or Master Planning, working knowledge of industry-specific best practices, excellent communication, planning, and organization skills, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to establish priorities and work independently are essential. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with fluent English and a valid driver's license, are required. Desired qualifications include Dynamics 365 ERP 2012 experience, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field, and experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP modules.

Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Production Support Consultant will provide outstanding customer service and achieve client satisfaction by monitoring and triaging new support cases, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality solutions. They will effectively communicate with customers, partners, team members, and management, support team members, and develop whitepapers, best practice knowledge bases, and articles. The role involves creating, developing, and delivering proactive services using new features or common repetitive areas, maintaining effective customer relationships, logging incidents, and documenting communications in CE according to established standards and methodologies. Responsibilities also include optimizing individual utilization, continuing professional education by setting specific annual training goals, and participating in larger project initiatives while leading process area-specific workstreams.
