Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience working within a Consultant role, one or more Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Community Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation, a strong financial services background, and thrive in a team-based, high-energy, and fast-paced environment. They should also demonstrate analytical skills, a propensity for logically working through problems, strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, organizational and follow-up skills, and the capacity to develop relationships with new people and represent the company at industry events.
The Salesforce Consultant will lead delivery teams through all project implementation phases, including project planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development, system and user testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support. They will manage customer relationships and day-to-day interactions, oversee process-driven customer conversations and workshops related to various processes, define project goals, identify success criteria, coordinate client and delivery resource roles, drive delivery teams to produce high-quality services, contribute to pre-sales scoping sessions, and assist with project proposal development. Furthermore, they will contribute to a collaborative team environment, encourage solution brainstorming, and lead skill development, and exercise independent judgment to take the lead role in enterprise-level client projects.
