Responsibilities

  • Increase base sales (売上) primarily through maintaining high customer satisfaction to ensure contract renewals
  • Build high trust relationships with existing customers to primarily gain add-on sales and provide Abbott's total solutions
  • Promote new and existing products (拡販)
  • Understand customer needs and provide useful information
  • Identify customer challenges and provide solutions
  • Provide clinical information to customers
  • Conduct effective customer visits to ensure existing contract renewals
  • Monitor competitor activities and share information internally
  • Utilize various tools to track business step progress
  • Handle complaints in compliance with Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, Abbott Japan, and business unit procedures
  • Implement sales activities aligned with strategy, including explanatory meetings, seminars, and educational/enlightenment activities
  • Manage performance results by customer and by product
  • Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and create plans for the next month
