Position Overview

We are seeking a Country Manager for the Benelux region to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

As the Country Manager, Benelux, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets aligned with our business strategy. This includes bringing market trend knowledge, market, and customer requirements into product portfolio development, actively identifying new market opportunities and target customers, managing accounts and customer relationships, developing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and serving as the voice of the customer internally. You will also plan and execute departmental annual business plans and operating budgets, proactively monitoring and controlling daily operational activities to deliver quarterly and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build in-depth knowledge of the allocated countries, including the competitive landscape, top prospects, vendors, distributors, market insights, and the distribution and partner landscape.
  • Share market knowledge with functional teams and contribute to building regional expansion plans.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and billing targets.
  • Define sales strategy and priorities for the region.
  • Align with functional sales teams assigned to the region, define priorities, and provide guidance and coaching.
  • Successfully execute the Acronis Sales Model and achieve increased scalability through multiple routes to market.
  • Provide leadership to develop marketing strategy and lead its implementation to achieve effective penetration in various market sectors.
  • Ensure all team members understand and work towards common goals within the context of an integrated country/regional plan.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, win market share, and broaden offerings with potential new customers.
  • Build and manage executive relationships with key clients, vendors, prospects, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify underperforming areas of the business and work closely with Functional Leaders and Growth Leaders on action plans.
  • Act as a point of escalation for Customer & Partner issues.
  • Be a positive ambassador for your region throughout Acronis.
  • Identify large opportunities in the region and work with functional sales teams to drive them to a successful close.
  • Leverage your network and executive relationships to support strategic partner acquisition and growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive and produce key deliverables such as:
    • Country plans agreed upon with key stakeholders.
    • Sales target distribution with Sales Operations.
    • Marketing plans signed off with regional marketing managers.
    • Strategic account plans created and maintained with the strategic accounts team.
    • Cross-group cadence and regular alignment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce) for sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics tools to monitor and predict ARR trends.
  • In-depth understanding of the cybersecurity industry’s recurring revenue models and how to optimize ARR within that context.
  • Good understanding of strategic partners' requirements and the ability to share them.
