Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proficiency with CRM and sales management tools like Salesforce, and the ability to leverage data analytics tools to monitor and predict ARR trends. An in-depth understanding of the cybersecurity industry's recurring revenue models and how to optimize ARR within that context is required, along with a good understanding of strategic partners' requirements.

Responsibilities

The Country Manager will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, bringing knowledge about market trends and customer requirements into product development, identifying new market opportunities, managing accounts and customer relationships, developing sales proposals, and closing deals. Responsibilities include planning and executing departmental annual business plans and operating budgets, monitoring daily operational activities to deliver sales targets, building knowledge of the allocated countries' competitive landscape, sharing market knowledge with functional teams, defining sales strategy and priorities for the region, aligning with functional sales teams, executing the Acronis Sales Model, developing and leading marketing strategy for market penetration, ensuring client satisfaction, building executive relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying underperforming areas, acting as a point of escalation for customer and partner issues, identifying large opportunities, leveraging networks to support strategic partners, and working closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
