Strong sourcing skills, particularly utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other online platforms, are essential, as is the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and executive teams.
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to own full-cycle recruitment processes, participate in weekly strategy meetings, and provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition. You will also serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, conduct sourcing and screening, schedule interviews, ensure a streamlined hiring process, and maintain application and interview documentation. Furthermore, you will attract quality talent through various recruiting tools, craft compelling job descriptions, and provide a best-in-class candidate experience while tracking all hiring activities and ensuring timely completion of the hiring process.
