Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of recruitment experience and experience utilizing recruiting technology. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and HR certifications such as CIR/ACIR, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP are a plus. Workday knowledge is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate an ability to shift current recruiting paradigms based on business needs. A commutable distance to Marlton, NJ is required.

Responsibilities

The Talent Attraction Partner will attract and identify high-performing talent that aligns with the Virtua Health Culture of WE. They will promote Virtua Health by providing guidance, counseling, and education about healthcare careers through individual counseling and recruitment events. Responsibilities include utilizing talent acquisition technology to enhance processes and deliver metrics, participating in recruitment project initiatives, developing position profiles, attraction and marketing plans, and sourcing/networking strategies including social media. The role also involves adhering to recruitment Applicant Tracking policies and processes, using HRIS systems for candidate sourcing and tracking, and driving continuous improvement through measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analytics. Participation in recruitment events, job fairs, and community information/teaching is also expected.
