Requirements

Responsibilities

As an Executive Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from sourcing to offer negotiation, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their leadership hiring needs and delivering strategic talent solutions, identify and engage senior-level talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and networking, stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscapes, and executive hiring best practices, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior executives, providing insights on talent acquisition strategies, maintain a robust pipeline of executive-level candidates for current and future opportunities, and continuously refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires.
