Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or a High School diploma along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting and sourcing, preferably within a regulated industry. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, as is experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing roles. The ideal candidate is solutions-driven, collaborative, proactive, self-assured, and capable of operating effectively with minimal supervision.
The Associate - Technical Recruiter will collaborate with business leaders and the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top-tier talent, understanding business strategy and culture to design tailored recruitment approaches. They will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, screen applicants, and present qualified candidate slates to hiring managers. Responsibilities also include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, articulating Lilly's mission and values, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding hiring decisions and offer negotiations, and ensuring compliance throughout the talent acquisition process. The role involves coaching hiring managers on effective attraction, interviewing, and selection techniques, and building strong partnerships with HR, compliance, legal, relocation, and immigration teams.
