The Senior Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Data teams, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Responsibilities include proactively sourcing and engaging top technical talent, partnering with hiring managers, building sustainable talent pipelines, representing Healthie at recruiting events, collaborating with internal teams to improve employer brand and hiring processes, tracking recruiting metrics, and championing a best-in-class candidate experience.
