  • Excellent sens de la coordination et rigueur opérationnelle
  • Appétence pour l’analyse (fichiers, KPIs, tableaux de bord) et l’amélioration continue
  • Bon relationnel, empathie et diplomatie pour gérer des commerciaux et résoudre des situations tendues avec calme
  • Aisance avec les outils collaboratifs (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack…)
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur une amplitude horaire de 9h à 19h selon les jours et certains samedis

Responsibilities

  • Support & coordination des partenaires : Créer les accès outils pour les vendeurs et gérer les accréditations des vendeurs terrains. Être leur point de contact pour toute demande urgente ou question opérationnelle
  • Suivi qualité & amélioration continue : Traiter, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de qualité des ventes/KPI (réclamations, litiges, taux d’erreurs...). Gérer les réclamations : analyse, écoute client, actions correctives. Réaliser des écoutes qualité des ventes terrain afin de garantir le respect des standards de l'entreprise. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations des outils, process ou formations
  • Animation & communication avec les différents acteurs : Être référent·e d’un portefeuille de partenaires/commerciaux internes : suivi, reporting, animation des points bi-mensuels. Relayer les nouveautés, mises à jour outils, ou informations clés. Participer au rayonnement des canaux de vente en interne via des présentations, partages et shadowings
