Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or quality-related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in QA roles within regulated industries, and familiarity with quality system standards such as ISO 9001, ASME NQA-1, or equivalent. Basic understanding of QA processes, including document control, audits, and nonconformance management, is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard QA tracking/documentation tools.

Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Specialist will assist in the coordination and documentation of external vendor and internal quality audits, support monitoring of supplier performance through data collection and report preparation, help maintain and update audit schedules and QA records, review procurement documentation for alignment with QA requirements, assist with tracking and resolving nonconformances and follow-up actions, collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are implemented, support quality training initiatives and develop QA-related materials, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, participate in the management of the company’s Corrective Action Program, and help prepare metrics, reports, and presentations related to quality system performance and improvement initiatives.
