Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure technology sales and a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment. Experience using Salesforce and strong communication skills across all channels are required. Familiarity with open-source technology and experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC are considered significant advantages.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive will prospect and grow existing business within the USA by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers. Responsibilities include managing forecasts, tracking customer data, articulating product value, supporting customers during trials, and handing off relationships to the Customer Success team. The role also involves managing the sales process from prospecting to negotiation, cultivating sales through outbound and inbound leads, and becoming an expert in Salesforce for pipeline management. Additionally, the executive will handle quote creation, order processing, and daily customer requests.
