Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious. They should also be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies, familiar with Salesforce, and possess familiarity with open source technology as a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills in all channels, including in-person, online, and in writing, along with the ability to form strong working relationships, are required. Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the USA, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with existing customers. They will manage forecasts and track customer data, cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulate the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, become an expert in managing their sales pipeline in Salesforce, and manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
